About Pytheus
Pytheus is built by Three Tree Tech for security leaders who need one record of their program: what it runs on, how mature it is, and where it is headed.
What we make
Pytheus is a business-to-business platform for enterprise security programs. It pools the contracts, tools, CAMP maturity, board initiatives, evidence and team behind a program into one program record. From that record a security leader can see where the program stands: maturity across twelve domains, which capabilities the stack covers, what it costs, what renews next, and how each board initiative is progressing.
The same record answers the people who ask about the program. The board, the exec team, and third parties such as auditors, insurers and customers see where the program was, where it is, and where it is headed. They get it from the numbers the security team works from every day, not from a deck rebuilt by hand each quarter.
Pytheus is designed for employees, contractors and authorized representatives of those organizations. It is not a consumer product.
Numbers you can defend
Every value in the record comes from someone on your team and says who entered it. Any figure opens to the sources and inputs behind it, so a CISO can answer a board question from the record instead of asking the room to trust a black box. The method stays the same every quarter, which is what lets this quarter line up against the last one. AI can help draft the narrative. It never sets the numbers.
CAMP™
CAMP is the capability assessment model inside Pytheus. It covers twelve domains and ninety-four capabilities, each rated current against target on a 0 to 5 maturity scale and weighted by criticality. Owners answer the parts they run, so maturity is measured rather than guessed.
Assessment results drive the domain maturity view, the coverage map, and the work that shows up in Decisions, Roadmap and My Work. They also feed the Pytheus Score, a summary metric that sits beside maturity, coverage, spend and initiative progress rather than above them.

How we treat customer data
Tenant isolation, role-based access, and an append-only audit log are built into the platform.
