Evidence sessions and documents

Integrations gives you a single place to see the documents and evidence flowing into Pytheus, alongside the tool links and imports.

Evidence sessions

Each evidence intake session appears with its status, from created and processing through ready for review and approved, and the terminal states of cancelled, expired, or failed. Per session, you can see how many documents were processed, how many failed, how many were erased after extraction, and how many are still in progress. This mirrors the intake flow described in Evidence intake sessions, where originals are deleted once structured facts are extracted.

Contract documents

The surface also lists the documents attached to your contracts, with their status and the latest upload. These are the same documents governed by signed URLs and secure storage; Integrations simply gives you a roll-up view of what exists.

Why gather them here

Documents and evidence arrive through different paths, but they answer one question: what has actually been fed into Pytheus, and in what state. Seeing them together makes it obvious when a session stalled in processing or a batch of documents failed, so nothing quietly goes missing.

A failed evidence document is not a dead end. It is a prompt to check why, whether the file was unsupported, protected, or flagged, and re-submit if appropriate.
