Messages

Messages is direct messaging inside Pytheus. It lets the people running your program talk to each other without leaving the platform where the work lives.

Why messaging lives here

Security program conversations are usually about something specific: a maturity score someone questioned, a renewal decision, a domain that needs an owner. Keeping those conversations next to the data they concern means less context is lost between a chat tool and the assessment, and the discussion stays with the people who have the access to act on it.

How it fits your workspace

Messages respects the same access model as the rest of Pytheus. You reach the members of your workspace, within the boundaries your roles define. It complements, rather than replaces, the structured collaboration that already happens through domain ownership and assignments.

Use Messages for the quick coordination around the work, and let the structured surfaces, assessments, decisions, and the roadmap, carry the record of what was decided.
