The History timeline

History is the posture timeline for your whole program. It answers a simple question your dashboard cannot: what actually happened, and in what order. Everything appears newest first, and every movement is derived from real adjacent records, never fabricated.

What the timeline merges

Four kinds of events sit on one line, and you can filter to any of them:

• Scores. Each score snapshot, with its Org Score and peer cohort figure, attributed to Pytheus Intelligence. The delta shown is this snapshot against the prior one.

• Capabilities. Maturity changes on individual capabilities, with current and target maturity, criticality, and the source of the change.

• Roadmap. Milestones reached on your roadmap, tied to the action they belong to.

• Activity. Audit-log events, with the actor and expandable technical detail.

Why one merged view

Separately, a score change and a capability change are just facts. Together on a timeline, they tell a story: a domain owner raised a capability, the next snapshot moved, and a milestone closed. That sequence is what makes progress reviews credible.

A delta only appears when there is a prior figure to compare against. If a value shows no movement, it is because there was nothing earlier to measure it against, not because Pytheus is hiding it.
