My Work

My Work is your personal command center. Where Team is the org-wide people view, My Work is what is on your plate: what you have delivered, what to focus on next, and what is waiting on you.

What it brings together

• Impact. A read-only summary of the verified outcomes you have contributed to, your standing among contributors, and a recent momentum trend. It draws from the same verified-outcome record as contribution, never from activity counts.

• Focus. A short list, at most a few items, of the in-flight work in the domains you own, ranked by modeled value so the highest-payoff work is on top.

• Your queue. Your open tasks and in-flight actions, with the controls to move them through their statuses.

• Renewals. Upcoming contract renewals in the near term, flagged when they enter their decision window, so contract owners act in time.

• Dependencies. Cross-team dependencies that involve your work, so a blocker somewhere else is visible to you.

Shaped by your role

My Work respects your permissions. Feeds your role cannot see simply do not appear: renewals show only if you can see contracts, and focus shows only if you have the access behind it. If you own no domains, it tells you so and points you to ask an admin, rather than showing an empty page with no explanation.

My Work is a lens on real, permissioned data, not a separate to-do app. Everything on it links back to the roadmap action, contract, or outcome behind it.
